Permaculture principle 3: Obtain a Yield - You can't run on an empty tank. Don't forget to look after yourself as well as your friends and the planet!

If you work all day from nine to five
and come home feeling half alive,

and obtained yourself a yield.

some things of use
with your own two hands and feet.
